The Pub always respect the right to privacy of all visitors to our website. Because the internet is not a secure medium we have implemented all reasonable security measures to, where possible, protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under our control. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

By submitting personal information you consent to our use of that information for us to contact you for service related reasons.

We may use personal and profile data to tailor your experience on our interactive services and your IP address may be used to help diagnose problems with our server, and to monitor the number of visitors to our site and study trends.

Users who wish to create an account and submit personal information must be aged 18 years or older.

When online payment is required, you will be transferred to the PaymentSense secure website to complete the transaction and returned to our confirmation page when the transaction is complete. We do not ask for or store credit card details.

To place an online order, you will be required to supply contact and personal information in order to create an account.

The data you provide to create your account is collected by The Pub and will be used only to provide you with an efficient fast food and drink service. It will not be divulged, sold or given to any third parties without your consent.

We may, from time to time, contact you in relation to our service and to offer you special discounts when applicable.

If your name is on our database and you request that we remove or alter it, we will do so within 72 hours of receiving your request.
